Our newest e-learning module on Professionalism, Communication and Boundaries (also offered in French) is now available! This initiative is part of our continued effort to modernize the Quality Assurance Program and support the continuing competence and professional development of RDHs.
In this module, you’ll learn about:
- What professionalism is and how to maintain it.
- The role of clear and effective communication in practice.
- The importance of maintaining professional boundaries with clients.
While not mandatory, completion of the module counts towards your QA requirements (1–1.5 hours).
