We’re excited to announce that we’re upgrading our registrant database, which powers the Self-Service Portal and Public Register. This upgrade will improve functionality, security and ease of use. The Self-Service Portal and Public Register are getting a modern, streamlined look, and the way you log in to the Portal is changing.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
- From Monday, February 24 to Sunday, March 2, you will not be able to log in to the Self-Service Portal as we prepare to migrate to the new system. This means you cannot access the SMILE Portal, any registration forms or pay any fees. We encourage you to complete any time-sensitive matters before February 24.
- RDHs currently log in to the Self-Service Portal with their registration ID but moving forward, you will log in with your email address. During the week of March 3, we will send you an email with instructions on creating a username and password for the new Self-Service Portal. These emails will be sent in smaller batches to avoid a system slowdown; therefore, not all RDHs will receive the email at the same time. However, you will receive an email by Friday, March 7. Please review and/or update the current email we have on file for you because this will become the email you use to log in to the new Self-Service Portal.
