We’re excited to announce the launch of the new SMILE Portal.

Designed with RDHs’ feedback in mind, the updated portal features a refreshed look and feel, streamlined navigation, and a more intuitive user experience to help you access and manage your QA information with ease. The way you log in (through the Self-Service Portal) remains the same.

Please note the following:

• You have access to your Learning Portfolio for your current three-year QA cycle (i.e., 2024, 2025 and 2026).
• Learning Portfolio data from before 2024 will be imported shortly.
• The Self-Assessment Tool and past Self-Assessment data will be imported shortly.

We’ve also developed a short guide to help you navigate the new set up.
