In 2025, 552 volunteers completed Path 4, with overwhelmingly positive results! Ninety-two percent completed the process with no recommendations for further development, reflecting strong engagement in thoughtful reflection, goal setting and continuous learning. Participants consistently demonstrated insight into their practice and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
Path 4 also provided meaningful, supportive options when additional development was identified. Six percent of participants received self-directed development recommendations, along with targeted resources to support continued growth. A small number (2%) benefited from peer-supported development, including additional coaching tailored to their individual needs.
Overall, the 2025 outcomes highlight Path 4 as a reflective, learning-focused process that supports professional growth and builds confidence across a wide range of practice experiences.
Thank you to all participants for your thoughtful reflection, insights and commitment to maintaining high standards of care!
