Thank you to everyone who volunteered for the 2026 QA Assessment. Once again, the response exceeded our expectations, and 228 RDHs volunteered!

Along with the group of volunteers, we are also selecting 500 RDHs to participate in this assessment. Using a stratified random selection process, these RDHs will be selected from a pool of individuals who graduated on or before 2018 and have never been selected to participate in an assessment.

All RDHs who will be participating, both volunteers and those selected, will be notified via email by Friday, August 22, 2025. View the assessment timeline.

We’re excited to share that we’re also refining the process for Path 4 (Peer Circles)—shaped by experience and feedback from RDHs (see below), and a shared commitment to continuous improvement. If you select Path 4 for assessment in 2026, we will provide you with a tool to complete a brief risk-based review of your current or most recent practice to help us tailor the experience and ensure we’re capturing what matters most in our conversations during the Peer Circle and coaching conversations.
