CDHO is conducting a series of online focus groups this November to assist us in establishing the structure of the peer-to-peer coaching sessions for Path 4 Peer Circles. The goal of these discussions will be to help establish key competencies for safe and effective practice that will complement the existing Entry-To-Practice Competency Profile.

We’re looking for 32 RDHs to join one of four available focus groups:

• Monday, November 18 from 1 – 3 p.m.
• Wednesday, November 20 from 7 – 9 p.m.
• Friday, November 22 from 9 – 11 a.m.
• Friday, November 22 from 1 – 3 p.m.

You do not need to have attended a Peer Circle to participate in a focus group and no preparation is necessary. All you need is a passion for enhancing your professional practice and helping others to do the same!

Focus groups will be conducted online via Zoom and participants will be compensated $75 for their time. RDHs who have participated in projects related to Peer Circles development (e.g. facilitators, peer coaches, case writers, etc.) are not eligible to participate.
