Our latest e-learning module on the Overview of Disabilities (also offered in French) is now available! This initiative is part of our continued effort to modernize the Quality Assurance Program and support the continuing competence and professional development of RDHs.

In this module, you’ll learn about:

• Common disabilities that you may encounter in practice
• Barriers clients with disabilities may face when accessing oral health care
• Considerations for providing inclusive care

While not mandatory, completion of the module counts towards your QA requirements.

If you haven’t already, check out our previous modules on Consent, Confidentiality and Privacy, and Trauma- and Violence-Informed Care to further improve your knowledge and build confidence in practice.
