Our latest e-learning module on The Importance of Record Keeping (also offered in French) is now available! This initiative is part of our continued effort to modernize the Quality Assurance Program and support the continuing competence and professional development of RDHs. 

In this module, you will learn about:

• Record keeping requirements and best practices
• The importance of maintaining accurate and comprehensive records 

While not mandatory, completion of the module counts towards your QA requirements (1–1.5 hours).
