Throughout 2025, Peer Circles continued to show how valuable it is when RDHs have a space to connect, reflect and learn alongside one another.
Feedback from optional and Path 4 Peer Circles has been incredibly encouraging. Over 96% of participants reported enjoying the experience and felt comfortable engaging in discussion. Another 89% of participants reported that they could apply some new knowledge from Peer Circles to their practice.
Across all surveys, one message came through loud and clear: Our facilitators made a tremendous impact! Participants consistently described their facilitators as “excellent,” “amazing” and “fantastic.” Their ability to create welcoming, safe spaces and their thoughtful questions, active listening, and genuine enthusiasm, helped turn these sessions into engaging and supportive conversations.
Behind the scenes, facilitators have played a role in shaping Peer Circles and Path 4. Through workshops and focus groups, they’ve shared valuable insight into how the cases and tools work from their perspective, helping us refine and strengthen the experience.
We want to extend a heartfelt thanks to all our facilitators for their dedication over the last three years. We couldn’t continue to deliver such a successful experience without you!
Looking ahead to 2026, we’re excited to be adding a new dimension to Peer Circle discussions. Facilitators will guide participants in exploring risks that may arise within the case scenarios and how those risks can be mitigated through action planning. For Path 4 participants, this conversation will also carry over into the written reflection and coaching sessions.

My coach was amazing, and we were able to brainstorm a lot of ideas to achieve my learning goals and it made me excited to learn. The more we talked, the more ideas I got about things I wanted to study and research more.
I came into this process a little scared and uncertain. [The facilitator] was so warm, welcoming, and easy to open up to and speak freely. She never made us feel like we were giving her the wrong answer. She knew how to redirect the conversation to keep us on track. She allowed everyone a chance to speak. I just simply loved her!
[Our facilitator] was very supportive and provided a strong interactive group discussion. Everyone’s ideas and opinions were addressed constructively and she facilitated the group to develop a clear understanding of how situations can be addressed using our current standards of practice. The most valuable part of this is that through open discussion she guided us to take the knowledge we have and apply it or to identify an area where we must take additional learning.
[Ours was] an amazing facilitator! She helped break the ice at the beginning and ensured the discussion was always flowing and positive. This is the best experience I’ve had in a learning environment since I went to school over 14 years ago!
